Herman Flaatten (b. 1997) is a visual artist who explores color, composition, and contrasts with a playful approach. With an eye for detail and a love of experimentation, he moves between robust, colorful expressions and intricate, elaborate works.

After studying both economics and medicine, but recognizing a growing need for a more creative direction, he found his way to art. He completed a bachelor's degree at the Bergen Academy of the Arts and has since worked full-time as an artist. He now works purposefully to develop himself further and find new arenas where more people can experience and engage with his work.
